ARCway Careers are currently seeking a Sales Administrator who is confident, enthusiastic and driven to join a fun and energetic sales team based in Scoresby VIC.
This opportunity is a full-time office based PAID traineeship for ambitious individuals and will see you complete a 12-month contract and gain a CERTIFICATE III in Business.
It is an Entry level role – so NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!
The Role:
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team
- Data entry and record keeping into the administration system.
- Work with the accounts team to set up new clients
- Assist with answering phone calls and responding to email queries as required.
About you:
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good written and verbal communication
- Efficient time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven Computer knowledge using basic Microsoft Excel
