ARCway Careers is currently seeking a Junior Bookkeeper to join a reputable company based in Sutherland NSW – No experience necessary.

This opportunity is a paid Full-Time Traineeship position and includes a 4-day working week model (Monday to Thursday 8am to 6pm) - Every Friday OFF!

During your 12 month contract, you will complete a Nationally Recognised Qualification - Certificate III in Business.

Our client is a well-established bookkeeping company and has fantastic career progression opportunities aviailable post traineeship.

Duties include:

• Basic data entry and general administration support to the team
• On the job training provided and access to learning Accounting Software such as XERO
• Answering phones and drafting emails all while providing exceptional customer service to clients.
• Scanning and filing documentation and any payroll functions as required.

Skills & Experience

• Proven computer skills – working with software programs and Microsoft.
• Genuine interest in Accounting or Bookkeeping
• Good with numbers and high attention to detail.
• No previous office experience needed just a positive attitude and willingness to learn
